Standard Apparel:
- Final Sale: All apparel orders are final sale due to customization and limited inventory.
Digital Products:
- Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once accessed, downloaded, or opened, digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Accessories:
- Final Sale: Accessories are also considered final sale unless otherwise noted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assess your claim and provide a replacement or refund if deemed valid. You may be required to submit photos of the damage or issue for verification.
